Technical Parameters:
1) To provide starch adhesive for single facer corrugating machine, gluing machine and other equipment.
2) The horizontal glue making machine can prepare the main glue and the carrier glue at the same time, mix and stir, the glue production in large quantity.
3) The glue liquid in the storage room of the glue making room is transported by the glue pump to the storage barrels of each glue-using equipment to provide glue for the equipments.
4) Storage tanks and supply tanks are equipped with agitation devices to prevent the glue solution from agglomerating.
5) The glue system consists of carrier tank, main body tank, storage tank, glue feeding pump and glue recycle pump.
6) The glue making system uses cyclic glue supply. The remaining glue flows to the glue return square barrel. The liquid level is automatically controlled. The glue in the glue return square barrel is returned to the storage barrel of the glue equipment. Save glue liquid, prevent the glue liquid from gelling and agglomerating in the rubber plate.
7) After the work is completed, the remaining glue of each rubber equipment is pumped back to the rubber room storage barrel by the main pipeline rubber pump for next use.
8) Responsible for technical guidance and teach adhesive formula.
