Functional Specifications:
- Pressure model folder gluer is new-designed for non-standard carton boxes, adopt manual folding, less space, easy to operate, suitable for normal cartons or non-standard boxes, which could not be done with normal folder gluer.
- The glue quantity just about 1/3 and capacity about 3~4 times, compared with manual gluing, save glue & labor and high-efficiency, the adhesive-banded joint firmly and tidy fixed, without overflow of glue.
- Gluing Unit: adopt stainless steel glue-tube, avoid rustiness & corrosion, gluing wheels could process different kinds of carton boxes.
- Automatic feeding and gluing, manual folding, automatic pressing and output.
- Gluing head on both sides, could make two different carton boxes in one process.
- Two-piece carton box, long conveyor for several workers to improve efficiency as optional.
